Senior Quantity Surveyor(Tender)

Responsibilities:

·        Evaluatetenders,cost estimates,manage contracts and advice on contract matters.

·        Preparingand submission of tender and contract documents.

·        Preparestender bid for management’s approval

·        Preparepurchase order to awarded subcontractors,process include evaluation,comparisonand recommendation

·        Follow upwith the relevant Sub-contractors,Suppliers/Vendors,Clients and consultantduring Tender and Post-Award stage

·        Reviewingof project progress and cash flow with Project Manager to ensure the projectsare completed on time.

Requirements:

·        Candidate must possessat least Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;

·        At least 5 Year(s) ofworking experience in Main con Civil Engineering

·        Preferably senior executivespecialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

·        Be able to workindependently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

·        Bilingualso as to communicate with Vendor/Suppliers

·        Able towork in a fast paced environment and commit to long hours if required duringpeak period
