我们是外籍人士，正在寻找一个友善又好相处的室友，因为我们的室友将要离开新加坡并返回美国。如果您或您周围的任何人正在寻找房间，欢迎您或您的朋友加入我们。

【这里有一些细节】：
我们的地理位置优越，环境很好，您可以在30分钟内到达CBD。
大客厅，大房间（比一般的公寓房间大很多），设施齐全（新装修，并更换了新的衣柜和窗帘）。朋友是一个法国人，一个中日混血，一个马来西亚华人女孩。每个人都很随和，我们都相处融洽，也寻找一个开朗友好的室友，我们都在这里生活了两年多，都希望每个人回到家都能轻松愉快，有一个家的感觉：）
厨房设备齐全，可以烹饪，并允许朋友到访入住。所以我们没有任何奇怪的规则:)
租金：S $ 950，包括女佣（清洁+熨烫）和无线网络。
优越的地理位置：加东是一个充满活力的地方，周围有很酷的社区，咖啡馆和酒吧，步行10分钟到东海岸海滩！
没有中介费，没有屋主，没有奇怪的规则:)

Hello Everyone,
We are expats and looking for a cool and easy going roommate as our flatmate is going to leave Singapore and back to the USA. Please let me know if you or anyone around you is looking for a room. The location is superb and you can get to town (CBD) within 30min only.
Some details here:
Big common room and is fully furnished (newly renovated and painted with new wardrobes and curtains) .Flatmates are one French, one Japanese-Chinese guy, and one Malaysian-Chinese girl. Everyone is easygoing and we all hang out from time to time and also looking for someone sociable as we all have been living here more than 2 years.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and visitors are allowed. So we don't have any weird rule:)
The rent: S$950, including maid (cleaning + ironing) and wifi.
Great location: Katong is a vibrant place with a cool neighborhood and lot's of cafes and bars everywhere around. The beach is 10mins by walk!
