Overall job objectives
1.     Todeliver the sales objectives and sales targets agreed with the Sales Manager inline with the Sale Department budget.

2.     Tocarry customer account relationship activities with the purpose of servicing,maintaining, developing, keeping, expanding WaveLab’s customer base.

Core responsibilities


  • Maintain     and expand sales in existing customers’ accounts.
  • Develop     new sales accounts and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Conduct     sales presentation and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Prepare     proposals, sales quotations and budgetary costing.
  • Respond     to customer enquiries
  • Carry     out after sales follow-up and provide technical support to customers.
  • At     times, required to negotiate with customers under instructions from the     manager.
  • ers.Participate     in exhibitions – prepare brochures and other materials, logistics arrangement.
  • Work     closely with R&D for new design development.
  • Arrange     for delivery of products to customer.
  • Any     other duties that management may assign from time to time.

Technical Skills
  

       
  • 1 to 2 years’ proven hands-on experience in sales in engineering       / technology field.
       
  • Degree or Diploma cert desirable.
      
  
  
Soft s  Soft  Skills
  
·          Strong customer relations skills.
  
·          Ability to communicate with and influence customers  / prospects.
  
·          Good presentation skills.
  
·          Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
