Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly stock / money control
  • Monitor the performance of sales and technical staff
  • Prepare sales/stock report
  • Update and report on job status of service equipment
  • Liaise with external parties such as consumers, contractors and suppliers
  • Support sales and technical staff

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in office administration work with good proficiency in MS Office Excel and Word
  • Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Organized and with multi-task capability
  • Meticulous and proven analytical ability
  • SAP knowledge
  • Mon – Fri: 8.20am – 5.45pm
  • Transport provided at designated pick-up points ( working location @ Tuas )
