Site Supervisor (Renovation & Interior Design)

Job responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor renovation and interior design projects
• Monitor and supervisor carpentry tasks
• Supervise workers
• Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications
• Coordinate with contractors and other trades for the smooth flow of project
• Prepare and monitor project material submissions
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects complete on time
• Liaise with all level staffs
• Other duties as assigned
  

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Possess Class 3 driving license
