Job responsibilities:

• Handle conceptual, space planning, renderings, sample and mood board preparation
• Be involved in presentation to clients
• Manage day to day project drawing progressing
• Develop design concepts and solutions
• Coordinate with all level staff and other trades for the smooth flow of project
• Other ad-hoc as assigned
  

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent
• Required skill(s): MS Powerpoint, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, and V-Ray
• At least 1 year of local working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Design background
