Account Executive

Job duties

·       Managefull range of accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll reporting, andGL entries.

·       Performmonth end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reportingto management

• Prepares schedules for monthly  management reporting
  
• Preparation and submission of grants
  
• Prepares and submits GST
  
• Liase with auditor to prepare audit report
  
• Submit related forms to IRAS
  
  

Requirement

·       Proficiencyin Microsoft Navision (minimum  1-2 yearof experience) and Microsoft office

·        Familiar in whole set of financial accounts

·       Strongsense of responsibility

·       Canstart work immediately

·       5.5days working day

·       Salaryrange from $2000 and above based on experience.
