Looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
1. Review work specifications, take-off quantity .
2. Obtain quotations, liase with contractors and suppliers.
2. Provide cost estimates and analysis
3. Prepare variation orders, claims
4.Tender and contract documents administration.
5.Other QS related work.


Requirements:
1. Canditate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity surveying/Engineering/Construction.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field   
3. Able to work independently and a good team player
4. Bilingual in Chinese and English.
