本地建筑公司直招项目经理一名
公司主要从事建筑、小型房地产开发等业务。
工作内容：监管工程进度，处理工地项目相关事宜。包括找工人，找subcon
要求：(1)新加坡建筑业五年以上经验，一定要精通结构、装修。
      (2)大专/本科建筑相关文凭，精通中英文。新加坡公民/PR
待遇：根据经验，薪资S$5000~S$10000/月

Project Manager

Responsibilities
1.       Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations.
2.       Plan work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
3.       Liaise with consultants and contractors.
4.       Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Requirements
1.       Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification.
2.       Min five years of project management experience. architecture
3.       Language: Chinese and English.
4.       Singapore PR or citizen only, due to limitations of a foreign worker quota.
Salary range: S$5000-S$10000 per month (based on experience)
