急聘货运协调员 (办公室工作, 周一到周五)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location: Near Outram park/Chinatown MRT

Salary: upto $2,500

Responsibilities:

Provide customer care in shipping arrangements.

Coordinate container movement.

Prepare documentation, invoice, et cetera

Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such asmanifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.

Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or to issueinstructions for shipping and delivery of materials.

Requirements:

Must possess educational qualification in Logistic/Transportationor equivalent.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, et cetera

Able to speak chinese as you will need to liaise with Chinese speaking customer

No working experience required, but experience in similar industryis preferred

Singaporean and PR only.
