工作环境好,工作时间周一到周五,上午9点到下午6点。
前台接待及售后服务,行政协助性工作。
要求:大专及以上学历,PR或公民,会英文。
正规大公司。

(1)    Assist in answering technical queries at customer service counters where required;

(2)    Be responsible for product inspection, replacement, Basic judgment in repair/warranty..

(3)    Complete the requirements of mobile repaired data of company, in charge of spare parts of reservation, registration and custody, and in charge of the service management.

(4)    Marketing quality problem collection, verification, feedback and follow up.

(5)    In charge of quality monitoring and answer customer’s enquiry related to technicals and after-sales;

(6)    Strictly implement company’s repair rules, use and maintenance the repair equipment properly;

(7)    Complete any other duties assigned by higher management;


Requirements:

(1)    Proficiency in computer and Microsoft office;

(2)    Good service with stronger ability of language expression, customer communication and learning, has team work

(3)    Can withstand the pressure, good self-control, careful consideration, orderliness, and a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and honest;

(4)    Effective verbal and written both English and Mandarin communication skill to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

(5)    Related working experience is prefered

(6)    Able to start work immediately or within short notice;
