现在登录使用的那个 onekey device没电了怎么办，找谁可以换个新的？要发信给政府的哪个部门？

不是可以手机短信验证的么

话说～你确实应该可以选择用手机验证的呀。不过也可以换哒

Your OneKey token is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of successful registration. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling or misuse. If the token is damaged or misplaced, there will be a replacement fee of $15. To replace or purchase a new token, please visit any of the OneKey Customer Care Centres at International Plaza or PSA Building with your original NRIC/FIN card, and token (if you have).
