近宏茂桥地铁站有高楼普通房间出租，环境安静设施齐全方便，整套房子只有屋主，想出租给女生，房间设施有冷气和家私，共同使用卫生间。
巴士有13,71,74,88,130,133,136,851,852,262,761, 走路到地铁站大约10分钟也很近。落下有咖啡店和超市。靠近中小学校。房间出租价格是一个人住=S$500（不包冷气，需要冷气加S$150）。二人住=S$650（不包冷气，需要冷气加S$150)。如果是一个人而是想要两人住的话，租金可以算二人住的一半。包水/电/网费。冷气每晚只能使用时间8小时。
