我们去年中在勿洛刚刚买的四房式组屋，全部从新精装修，家具电器都是全新高档的，建筑师老公一手包办设计。原有的三间卧房拆除一间，所以客厅特别宽敞。中层，角落的一间，通风，明亮，没有蚊子和大太阳。厨房设备齐全，洗衣机烘干机都有。


距离地铁站八到十分钟的步行距离。周围吃饭，小贩中心，购物，图书馆，医院，24小时超市，游泳池，银行，健身房一应俱全，选择超多。可以骑车或步行到东海岸和勿洛蓄水池。去CBD上班坐地铁全程抵达(door to door) 只要40分钟（地铁上20分钟）。


我今年要出国读MBA，所以现出租普通房。$800包水电 （单人），$900（双人）。房内有全新双人沙发床，书桌椅，书柜，空调，边几，金属衣架。厨房的洗手间基本只有你一个人用，可以煮简单的饭食。


希望工作（professional）的男生或情侣入住。如果是单个男生，我们不介意你带朋友一个月来住几天，提前打招呼就好，天数多（超过五天）就要按双人算了。


我们都受过高等教育，也在不同的国家学习生活过，年轻，友善，随性，也自认为非常有趣。我们也很爱整洁，所以自己觉得有点邋遢的朋友就请不必打扰了。


另外，我们养了两只可爱的豚鼠，希望你喜欢小动物。如果我们旅游的时候，你能帮我们照看就再好不过啦！！

Hi there,We are renting out our common room in our 4-room apartment. We are a newly married local Chinese couple (well travelled and lived on multiple continents before) and bought the resale flat mid last year. My architect husband did a complete makeover to it with modernist renovation, really splurging on the furnitures. The apartment is about 8 minutes walk to Bedok MRT, and very close to food courts, town center, library and other amenities. It takes about 40 minutes to travel to CBD by MRT door-to-door (20 minutes on train). It is walking/ cycling distance to Bedok reservoir and east coast park. It is mid-floor, a corner unit, with no afternoon sun, yet super bright and windy. One room was converted to a walk-in wardrobe. This gave us a very spacious living area, which you will have full access to. Only two of us are currently staying, and I am going away for graduate school this year. We have been using the common room as a guest room. It comes with a double sofa bed, side table, shelves, a simple clothes hanging rack, air conditioner, desk and chair. You can use the common bathroom almost entirely for your own, use the washer and dryer and cook simple meals in our fully equipped kitchen. We prefer a single male tenant or a couple. The rent is $800 for a single, and $900 for a couple, which includes internet, and includes utilities.We are well educated, chill and friendly. We are also very neat, and hope that you are too. Other than that, we have two guinea pigs as pets, and it will be great if you love animals and help us take care of them when we are away travelling. For singles, you may bring one guest to stay, but do let us know beforehand, and not more than a couple days in a month (otherwise we may have to charge a fee).
