LTVP申请需要提交结婚证翻译，网上下载的模板可以吗，或者有哪个专业机构可以翻译和公证的？

With effect from 1 January 2015, the Supreme Court provides translation services only for documents to be used in Supreme Court proceedings. Translation services for documents for private use are no longer available.
