We are currently hiring 3-4 Cantonese and Mandarin speakers to join our Research & Business Surveys team in Greater China and welcome candidates who are eligible .
Prerequisites:-
• Good at Microsoft Excel & Word (2007 and above) • Marketing, sales, customer service, telephone marketing experience is better • Have basic education above junior college or above
Responsibilities: - • Conduct customer service on an interview type to understand the customer's business needs • Provide clients with an introduction to business solutions and communicate their needs • Event invitations and market research • Maintain database correctness and database analysis, and create reports
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Singapore National Holidays.
