没有错！这个屋子很大，面对小公园一片绿色风景住着很爽！而且地点又超级方便。过街就是靠近号称西部的“小唐人街”502那边的八连町商业中心。从大牌#469~472这四幢都是公寓式组屋。紧挨着西湖园私人公寓和树群小学。

自住和收租都蛮不错的。

是可以考虑现在多投资一些国际化的股权母基金产品。。。有打算把一部分房地产转化为金融资产。。。
