Position needed: Quantity Surveyor

Gender: Male

Requirements and work scope:

1) Diploma or degree incivil engineering.

2) Able to communicateboth in Mandarin and English

3) 3 years workingexperience in RC subcontract works, familiar with rebar, formwork and concretequantity taking off.

4) Familiar withindustrial and MRT projects.

5) Prepare progressclaim /Settle final account

6) Liaise with MainContractor's QS for progress payment

7) Liaise with companysite Manager/Engineer for preparing of progress payment.

本地建筑分包公司，位于武吉巴督工业区，需招1名男性QS

要求和工作范围：

1. 工民建大专或本科学历

2. 熟悉结构图纸，熟悉建筑结构施工

3. 熟悉工业厂房和地铁车站施工，有2年相关工作经验者优先考虑

4. 英语能力， 基本的听说写；

5. 工作态度认真，细致，有团队合作精神，能加班；

工作范围：
1.计算每月工作量；

2. 每月工程进度报表，在截止日期前按时呈交给总包方；
3.与总包QS核对工程款；
4.核算工程成本与最后工程结算。
