香港公司年检做账

老板的香港公司开了差不多一年了，是不是需要年检和做账，手续是怎么样的？

香港公司在注册一年后就需要年检了，您需要提供注册公司时候的CI,BR,NCC1表格文件去做年检就可以。另外做账需要提供每个月的银行月结单和发票。http://www.dada-hongkong.net/

After your Hong Kong company is registered almost for 1 year, you need company annual return. You need to bring CI, BR and NCC1 form when you registered the company for company annual return. In addition, you need to provide every month's bank balance sheets and invoices for accounting. more details pls refer:http://www.dada-hongkong.net/
