Responsibilities:
1-           Provideindividualized customer service
2-           Handlecustomer inquiry via inbound and outbound calls, email, etc.
3-           Attend tocustomers’ enquiries in a timely manner
4-           On-board,track and update customer’s orders
5-           Coordinatewith operation team to assure orders being proceeded on time and properly
6-           Maintaincustomer relationship to achieve high level customer satisfication
Requirement:
1-           1-3 yearexperience required, fresh graduate are also welcomed;
2-           Hard-working;
3-           logic andanalytic thinking, problem-solving skills
4-           Patient,details and result-oriented
5-           Prepare towork from Monday to Saturday
6-           Workinghours from 9.00 am to 6.30pm
Remuneration from$2000 to $2500, depending on the year of experience and potential
