我也在看这个 个人比较倾向uob的 利率低 没有lock

那个前两年1.88的说是到第三年可以重签配套。需要交500-800元手续费。我想问问有多少人是这么做的。

Uob的Mortage Rate还是4.5%,我办的贷款现在mortage rate已经是6%

拿Uob fixed rate 1.68% 比较好

看起来UOB的第二个比较好,没有锁定期,随时可以换。

现在DBS已经是FHS+1.3%了
