1.Technical Engineer

The Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-salessupport to customers with technical advices and problem solving.

• Scope of workinclude information gathering conceptualization, designing andvalidating Technology or

architecture to ensure solutions delivered are technically sound

• To provide TechnicalExpertise in Project Implementation and Supervision as well asInfrastructure Solution

Design,Sizing, Proposal writing.

Requirements:

• Degree inEEE/Computer Science or equivalent

• At Least ChineseCollege English LEVEL 4

• Good interpersonalskills with customer relationship management

• Good presentationand proposal writing skills

• Sales workingexperience in networks or security environment will be an advantage

• Knowledge indatabase and embedded system will be an advantage

• Good teamplayer but able to work with minimal supervision

• Kindness and loyalty

2. System Service Engineer
The Role:
Responsibilities:
• Perform all levels of software diagnostic procedures
• Perform system hardware installations / setup, upgrades, hardware Configuration changes
• Perform software installations and system administration functions for Windows
• Perform storage system hardware diagnosis and repair
• Utilize system tools, diagnostics, online database, and technical documentation to expedite
• repair efforts and follow escalation guidelines to minimize customer impacts
• Provide complete and timely reporting of repair activities, parts usage
• Use appropriate interpersonal skills to set and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineer or equivalent
• Knowledge of computer hardware and communication protool (RS-232/485, etc.)
• Experience in Windows Server and MS SQL Server administration will be added advantage
• Experience in Programming Logical Controller programming will be added advantage
• Experience in Access Control and CCTV System will be added advantage
• Good team player but able to work with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal communication skills in English
