兄弟好好看看这段话:

For Singapore Permanent Resident flat owners and/or essential family members of the flat who wish to purchase local private residential property after meeting the minimum occupation period (MOP) of their flat, they are required to notify HDB of their purchase before they exercise the Option-To-Purchase (OTP) for the property. They would also be required to undertake to sell their HDB flat within 6 months of acquisition of a completed or uncompleted local private residential property.


SC把组屋转给PR后, 还是会被认为是 essential family members of the flat

SC如何把HDB转给PR?


而且我去查transfer of ownership的页面,有这样一句话
The proposed owners [remaining and/or incoming owner(s)] and occupiers (if any) must be able to take over the flat ownership under one of the existing eligibility scheme.

但PR不能是单独的Owner啊。

我不知道是否允许PR owner+SC essential occupier的情况。就算允许,essential occupier在买另一套房子的时候不算已经own一套了啊?

HDB网站上可以直接申请Ownership transfer, PR owner + SC occupier算不算 eligibility scheme, 就看HDB怎么算了。
问过IRAS, 如果是SC owner + PR occupier, PR以自己的名字买公寓,要付5%的ABSD.

为什么是把pr弄出来?为什么不是把公民弄出来?然后公民一人名字买房,只交3%的税。有问题吗?我也是不太懂

也想借这个帖子问一个现实中遇到的问题,麻烦大家给个答案,谢谢.
夫妻都是PR,有一套二手HDB,贷款已全部还完,孩子是公民,已满21周岁,可不可以和孩子联名买套公寓?
怎样操作最划算?
