请问long term pass可以提前多久renew

请问long term pass可以提前多久renew，因为老婆需要回国3个月，正好这个期间准证过期。或者说renew准证我可以代替老婆去领吗。

If you fulfill all the following conditions, you can submit a renewal application online:
1. your Travel Document has a validity of 6 months or more
2. your Visit Pass (Long Term) has a validity of 10 days or more
3. you would require a Local Sponsor of at least 21 years old and has a SingPass (apply for SingPass)
4. applicant applying for Child Scheme must not be above 21 years of age
