当年你买HDB的时候想的是什么啊？。。。。

死马当活马医，跟HDB appeal一下，再去找找议员~~~~

看来只有这个方法可以try一下了。。。

是的，我是中介，occupier五年MOP之内不能买屋子。。。

买的时间如果是 2010年8月30日前 又没拿补助的话
Mop是3年 看你有没有可能是这种幸运情况 以后就是5年了

还有一个问题是4年之内卖HDB需要交seller stamp duty....

如果只差一两年的话，就稍等一下吧。
反正也不是刚需。

谢谢， 这个真不知道， 同住者不可以另外买房（至少一定时间内） 长见识了！

但这个规定，好像既不合理， 也不合逻辑 --除非孩子或父母都可以排除在同住者之外（只要保留核心家庭就可以） 否则父母孩子如何买房？

一个实际的例子， 孩子20岁， 读书， 无收入， 和父母同住， 父母是owner， 孩子是occupier。 到 22岁， 孩子工作了， 要结婚， 刚好另一半经济条件许可， 那么他们还是不能买房？ 既不能买私宅， 更不能BTO？ 是何道理？ 有什么豁免条例吗？

你说的case我认为这是一个appeal case,而且appeal成功的可能性极高。。。

Occupier五年之内不可以买私宅的政策，HDB主要是针对夫妇双方一个是owner,一个是occupier的case,这样作为occupier的家庭核心MOP期间不可以投资私宅~~~
