Yes.You can try downgrade to apply normal workpermit.Make sure yr apply date must B4 yr S pass expire date.And u must resubmit yr data everything.This applying like first time u coming to Singapore.Also depend on yr luck.If WP rejected again u have to go back yr country.Just to help everyone.
