The Promotional Rate is applicable for SGD FD placement (“Placement”) place with DBS during Promotion Period and which satisfies all the following requirements:
a. is applicable for new placement;
b. minimum Placement of S$1,000 and maximum Placement of S$10,000;
c. the Placement must be placed for a period of six (6) months in a SGD FD account; and
d. the Placement in the SGD FD must be held to maturity.

Upon maturity, the entire Placement amount together with the interest amount earned will be renewed for the same tenor and at DBS’ prevailing SGD FD interest rate unless other maturity instructions have been provided by the Customers.

注意上面这段话。俺的理解是, 只有6个月的年利息是1.38%, 过了奏不是1.38%, 是普通的了。
