（新加坡7日讯）即将上市新加坡交易所的大马富豪郭鹤年旗下资产PACC岸外服务控股（简称POSH）宣布，已成功招来黄氏投资管理和Fortress资本资产管理，作为基石投资者。
根据岸外油田船只服务供应商POSH的草拟招股书，两家基石投资者，将在POSH首次公开募股（IPO）中，总共认购8560万股。
根据POSH的条例清单，该公司计划筹资3亿400万至3亿4400万美元（9亿9400万至11亿2488万令吉），并或采用“绿鞋期权”
（Green Shoe Option）即让包销商有权力发售比预定还多的股票，最高筹资3亿8000万美元（约12亿4260万令吉）。
美国银行美林、星展集团控股和华侨银行，是上述活动的联合主理单位、账簿管理人及承销商。
今年第2家主板上市
若一切顺利，业务遍布亚洲、非洲和拉丁美洲的POSH，将成为新加坡市场在今年内，第二家上市主板的公司。
近年来，新加坡并凭着全球两大钻井平台建造商Keppel和Sembcirp深海皆在新加坡拥有业务，积极地招揽国际油气领域业者前来上市筹资。
在这之前，新加坡岸外油田服务公司Pacific Radiance，于去年11月，首次公开募股筹资1亿5000万新元（约3亿8850万令吉），以拓展船队规模。
