朋友原来是EP要回国了，孩子在政府中学在读，现在DP证要转成学生证，他母亲可以申请LTVP吗？

官网的意思，你可以申请lsvp，可没说会批给你啊 ！！！类似的 ，有资格申请pr的很多，一踏入新加坡的ep就可以申请，结果你也知道。
