请问basic theory test可以网上自己报名吗，还是一定要去driving centre open account之后才可以呢？
准备自己看看书就去考了，可是为什么网站上说：
Do I still have to attend the theory lessons after I have passed my BTT and FTT ?
Yes, it is compulsory for students to attend the required theory lessons.
