问一个小白问题，MOP到底从什么时候算？

有点搞糊涂了，常理来讲BTO，EC 只能在拿钥匙之后MOP才开始算。但是最近贷款时有banker跟我讲是从OTP的日期算起。再三跟他check，始终坚持这一说法。要是这样那就真好了，岂不是无形中MOP只有一两年而已。求证据。谢谢。

从effect date of sale开始算，通常是每月一号。比如组屋，你拿钥匙如果在一月1号到15号，effect date of sale就是一月1号；如果是16号到月底，effect date of sale就是二月1号。。。
