看了这个帖子,我求证了我JB的律师(律师楼很大,我知道的好几个Case都是通过他们做的,连汇钱的钱庄都很熟悉他们律师楼)。因为我的一个手续正在等待审批:
答复是:Understand from our following up for our applications for consent to transfer (be it acquisition by foreigners or acquisition of bumiputera units by Malaysian non-bumiputera) that the relevant authority has withheld processing such applications for about 4 - 5 weeks since later part May 2013. (自己点评:可能因为大选停止审批了)They have however been instructed to process the applications as usual since 1st week of July 2013. Indeed they have tabled and discussed issues on such applications on the Exco meeting which was held on yesterday. Hope there would not be drastic changes to the policy and nothing much we can predict now as all are speculations until it has been confirmed by the relevant authority. As for xxxxxx (为了隐私,楼盘名称省略。不过该楼盘5月才拿钥匙,二手转卖也是最近才开始), so far we have had 2 approvals (1 in favour of a Malaysian non-bumiputera purchasing bumiputera unit and the other a foreigner's acquisition). We have been informed the 3rd approval is on the way within these 2 weeks. Will let you know if this is true when the time comes.
