关于poly毕业，申请supplemental TG surety的事情！急求帮助！

RT，貌似申请tuition grant 和申请supplemental tuition grant的对担保人要求不一样啊。
我同学有去年第一次申请tg的，要求是担保人在21岁以上，任何国籍身份都行，可是刚刚我在网络上查了一下，申请supplemental TG的担保人要求如下：

•                                     be Singapore citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents;                 
  
•                                     be above 21 but below 55 years of age;                 
  
•                                     not be parties to any scholarship/bursary bond/study loans;                 
  
•                                     not earn less than S$1,000/month; and                 
  
•                                     not be a bankrupt.
