续签准证，学历验证求助。急！！！

新加坡要学历验证，学信网只提供2001年以后的学历验证，我是1999年毕业的。因为这个，刚找到一个新工作，没法申请了。

学信网：

系统正在升级改造，2001年（含）之前的学历数据暂不提供在线验证服务

真晕啊，以前做过一个学信网的在线验证，可是太久了，不可以延期了。。。谁知道学信网有没有人工验证吗？

另外，毕业证书以前在公证处做过公证，还去初级法庭的翻译处翻译过，不知道有没有帮助。
