If you don't mind DPR inconvinience in future (such as apply your parents LTVP), you can agree to under you husband spousor, and 99% chance you can get approval from ICA in less than 4 months.
If you refuse to under your husband, you have 1% to get approval this time.
Don't worry about your husband has only 2 years REP valid.
Singapore PR is permanent, if you never go out of Singapore.
If you REP expired, and you move out of Singapore, and PR will be canceled.
In your case, after two years, you will renew your two REP same time and get same due time (two years or 5 years).

If you have accepted to get PR under your husband, you will never have chance to chang your DPR to PR by normal way.

现在PR和DPR也没什么区别了，LTVP两个难度都一样

你拿DPR先，老公RENEW时，你同时申请。

谢谢。同时申请，是指同时申请 独立PR，还是和之前一样 一个PR一个DPR呢

如果你老公转公民，你的DPR不会有影响，你老公还是作为你DPR的担保人。
但是如果是你转公民而你老公不变，那应该有难度，或者你俩一起转公民。

这些都不是问题，都可以单独申请公民


现在你似乎纠结那个2年。除非你劳工不在这里，2年后renew有问题，否则，没觉得有必要犹豫。DPR和PR几乎是完全一样的，不用纠结

没难度，一样的，DPR独立申请公民看自身条件，主PR不一定要申请。
