Child Care Leave是六天，前三天的薪水由雇主支付，另外三天由政府支付。

that is not called child care leave. it is called enhanced child care leave, Which is paid by goverment and only 3 days. the other one is family care leave, 3 days, can be used for children and old parents.  对吗？

“What are the features of the enhanced Childcare Leave?                                

Each working parent of Singapore Citizen children (including adopted and step children) will be entitled to 6 days of statutory paid Childcare Leave per year (previously two days per year) until the year the child turns 7 years old. The first 3 days of childcare leave will be paid by the employer, whilst the remaining 3 days are paid by the Government. The reimbursement from Government is capped at 3 calendar days per year; and at $500 per day (including CPF contributions) i.e. maximum of $1,500 per claim per employee in a year. ”

推行Enhanced Childcare Leave之前， Childcare Leave只有三天，有些公司会给予员工另外三天的Family Care Leave。 但Family Care Leave 不是政府法定假，不受劳动法保护。

Family Care Leave的定义是：-

“This refers to time-off given to employees to take care of their family members.

The difference between this and the above childcare/eldercare leave is that it may be used for a wider range of family members, e.g. older children for whom childcare leave no longer applies, an employee’s siblings or grandchildren, etc. The range will be determined by the organisation.”

就一点小恩小惠，现在的年轻人算盘打得可精了，想生的就会生，不想生的，这些小恩小惠，怎么打得动他们，就像我同事说的，又不是政府帮忙养孩子，那些钱，请坐月婆，买尿布奶粉都不够啊。。。。

政府提高托儿津贴　中低收入家庭将受惠

政府宣布提高托儿津贴，以协助中低收入家庭，获得较能负担得起的托儿服务。

社会及家庭发展部代部长陈振声今早宣布的新托儿津贴架构，与星期一宣布的结婚生育配套相辅，目的是为减轻国人养育孩子的负担。

在新架构下，父母将继续获得现有的基本津贴。家庭月入在$7,500或以下的家庭将获得额外津贴。符合条件使用全日制计划的家庭可在现有的托儿和托婴服务津贴中，分别获得至少多$100和$200补贴。收入低的家庭将获得更多津贴。

额外津贴架构也取代托儿补助金计划(CFAC)，三分之二(66%)的家庭将从中获得更多补助。 政府也为需要更多援助的低收入家庭提供其他协助，譬如，提供不超过$1,000的一次性辅助，以让孩子能够使用托儿服务。

新津贴架构将在2013年4月1日生效。届时，政府在托婴和托儿服务的投资额将提高$105million，在新的财政预算年度的花费约$360million。

除了提高津贴额，政府也将拓展有素质及负担得起的婴儿和托儿服务，让中低收入家庭能够受惠。

在新托儿津贴下  托儿费用可低至3元

社会及家庭发展部代部长陈振声今早到访基督教女青年会幼儿园（YWCA ）与孩童互动。   政府今早宣布提高托儿津贴，为中至低收入家庭提供基本津贴以外的额外津贴服务，大大减轻有需要家庭的负担。受惠的低收入家庭可能会获得高达$540的额外津贴，每月所需付的全日托儿服务费用可低至3元。

社会及家庭发展部代部长陈振声今早到访基督教女青年会幼儿园（YWCA ）时宣布这个消息。该幼儿园的经理许丽云表示，在新计划下，YWCA所有十间托儿所之中有一半的家庭每月只需付少过$100的学费，这比现在受了基本津贴之后的$340低了许多。

受惠家长沈女士也因为津贴额的提升而少付许多学费。沈女士总家庭月收是$3000以下，孩子每月的学费是$640。目前的她在获取基本津贴和会员则扣后，每个月需要应付$330的学费。在新的计划下，她每个月可享有$327的额外津贴，每月只需付$3学费。
这项新津贴主要针对中低收入家庭，协助他们负担幼童的托儿费用。另外一名家长陈先生则拥有少过$7500的总家庭月收，同样的，他目前与沈女士一样，每个月享有$300的基本津贴，需要自付$340的学费。由于他的总家庭月收比较高，所以只会获得额外的$100津贴，学费减少至$240。
