紧急!有没有PR的家庭12号之前签公寓OTP12号以后才去律师楼执行OTP?

我们家是PR家庭,已拥有组屋,12月28签了公寓的OTP,1月3号收到开发商合同,1月18日去律师楼签合同,让她22号exercise 合同。有类似的朋友吗?等房子建好后要卖组屋吗?不然也太不公平了,新政出来前签OTP时我们就交了5%的房款了,就算我们拿回支票也要出毁约费。请各位大侠指教!谢谢!

应该不用 只要是11号之前OTP, 二月一号之前excercise.
不过你的律师应该可以告诉你这些啊

是不是一月政策出来之前和之后有差别?

买了在建的公寓也得卖组屋,即使未top就卖掉公寓也必须卖掉组屋,
这条太狠了。

这事总算告一段落了!收到HDB官员的正式邮件答复:我家的情况不用卖组屋。另一位朋友也得到一样的答复,他是11号晚上签的OTP。明天律师帮我们正式执行OTP。在这里谢谢曾经帮我们解惑的朋友们!

HDB的答复:

Dear Mr **
 
With effect from 12 Jan 2013, Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) flat owners and/or essential family members of an HDB flat who acquire a private residential property in Singapore (after meeting the minimum occupation period {MOP} of their HDB flat) will have to dispose of their flat within 6 months of the completion of the purchase of the private property. They would have to notify HDB of their purchase of a local private residential property in Singapore, before they exercise the Option To Purchase (OTP) for the property.
 
2          SPR flat owners and/or essential family members of the flat who have been granted an OTP for private residential property in Singapore before 12 Jan 2013 are allowed to  proceed with the purchase, without requiring them to dispose off their HDB flat. This is regardless of whether the OTP has been exercised. 
 
3              Hence, if the OTP was granted to you before 12 Jan 2013, you may proceed with the purchase of the private property without requiring to dispose off your HDB flat. However, please note that you are not allowed to sublet your whole HDB flat, in accordance with the new HDB measures with effect from 12 Jan 2013.

不住公寓,出租掉,住组屋?
还是住公寓,那么hdb怎么办?不可以整套出租,锁一间也不合法?那最后不是也是卖掉?
或者变公民?

新政府政策太多变了
