怎么找English partner?

NTU的学生。伤不起的是我们班没有English native speaker, 刚来认识的人也不多，求问怎么找partner练习英语？有没有和我相同想法的人。。。

If you want Native Speaker, the best way is to go either Britain or America to learn it. Because the English native speaker that stay in Singapore either look down on Chinese/Singaporean Chinese because of our "broken" and poor pronunciation . If it English native speaker that are adapted in Singapore lifestyle, they will get influence by the Singapore language(Singlish) and still carry the typical American/British arrogant nature.
English partner/Someone who practice English with you, you can find the Lecturer or enroll outside English courses.
