要是我是政府的话，应该卖给公寓或mall, 赚的钱更多。说实话现在hdb的位置比condo/ec 好很多，有点浪费。

如果父母拿LTSVP 在这里，可以申请Married Child Priority Scheme ("MCPS")么？是不是只要保证父母同住5年就可以申请？
Married Applicants Staying Near Parents/Married Child(ren)
More chances (in the balloting) will be given to married applicants upon request, if they meet either any of the following criteria:

  (a) They are applying for flats located in the same town as their parents or married child(ren), who are lessees, tenants or occupiers of an HDB flat; or
  (b) Their parents’ or married child(ren)’s existing housing block is within 2 km from the nearest block offered in the town applied for; or
  (c) Their parents or married child(ren) own and occupy private property that is within 2 km from the nearest block offered in the town applied for.

   
  Successful applicants under 4.4(a) or 4.4(b) or 4.4(c) must ensure that their parents/married child(ren) continue to reside in the same flat/property or same town or not more than 2 km from the flat, for a period of 5 years from the date of taking possession of the new flat.

请问一下，09年2月拿了grant买了二手的hdb, 现在可以申请bto吗?看到这次盛港的bto,太吸引了。。

不可以，你需要5年的居住期限。

不是说封顶时候满5年就可以了么？拿了津贴的second timer必须申请时候就满5年？

拿了grant的，必须要等五年之后才可以申请新组屋
