SERVICE OF WRIT OF SUMMONS – SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM
The Board of Directors of CCFH Ltd. (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the
“Group”) refers to the announcement made by the Company on 14 December 2011 in relation to
the writ of summons (the “Writ”) served by Mr Gary Loh Hock Chuan (“Gary Loh”), claiming
against the Company a sum of S$127,904.73 as well as interest and costs (“Claims”).
The Board is pleased to announce that the Company had reached an out of court settlement
(“Settlement”) with Gary Loh on the Claims and Gary Loh had on 30 October 2012 filed for the
Notice of Discontinuance in respect of the Writ. The Settlement is not expected to have any
material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the
current financial year ending 31 December 2012.
