对方所说的关于公民的情况，只在于你老公在你生孩子之前服完兵役并且成为公民。。。
如果你老公在这之前还是PR的话，你们的孩子只能是中国国籍。。。

这个应该是6天，不管是否是公民。只要小孩是就可以了。

唯一可商量的是，工作12个月以上的才可以拿满。以上都是法律规定。当然，很多公司不严格要求这个月数
