yes.but somebody alway  in a position is very great. The yelling to others. so i very anger。

First of all, you have to understand from the point of view from your Supervisor/bosses.
Agents are the ones who created the miscommunication because they always claimed all of you can understand English which is not true.
So your supervisor or boss might be frustrated because of this.

Whatever position he may in, he should not be looking down at others who are weaker.
Just imagine if he would have to work in China? I believe everyone in China will laugh at his mandarin.

I've managed some PRC staff before and I always encourage them to speak more English.
Languages can be improved through Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening

Start by reading newspaper, listening to Radio, writing in forum and most importantly you must start to speak.
I know you may sound weird in the beginning but through practices and confident you will surely improve.

Good luck and hopefully someday your superior will change his/her mentality

楼主想开些吧。
我来了新加坡10年了，日常和工作英文没有问题，但是自己对语言的不足和别人的差距渐渐感觉到，也对那些语言优秀的人佩服，所以仍然在补充中。总结一句话：语言是万事的桥梁和钥匙，掌握得多好久决定你能成功多高。
你感到不舒服首先和你年龄有关，年轻人容易上火；不过你的阅历和提高会慢慢让你有自知之明，爬上一座山，你将看到更高的，而那时你会静下来想想已经拥有的和仍然需要的，会变得谦虚起来。
加油吧，别浪费时间在这些牢骚上了。
