拆迁中被逼买掉的不是PR家庭，是有私宅的家庭。 他们要保留私宅就要把旧组屋卖掉。

这是指家庭里一个是sc，一个是pr吧

lz的意思应该是夫妻两个人都是pr。
应该是不可以的吧！？

难道是我理解错了？

这里要求pr家庭里至于要有一个21岁以上的sc
如果两个都是pr呢？

我也有同样的困惑: 夫妻,孩子都是PR如果政府组屋被拆,不可以买新屋子. 至少家里有一人是新公民.(且至少21岁以上)才可以. 不知我的理解是否正确?

无条件换房：可换4房或原来相同类型的房子。

满足你贴的条件的话，可以换5房。

就是说双PR，原来住3房的，只能换4房，不通换5房。
