punggol的小学和其他设施跟得上吗？

这么多年轻人进去，5年后会不会很多人又出来？

性价比高，便宜（相对旧城区），尺寸大！

Clementi 没有5房，现在5房稀缺。

choa chu kang 也有五房，面积一样，价格少十多万吧，申请的人数却相差如此大！
差距到底有哪些呢？

punggol有前景，水上乐园什么的。 cck发展了真么多年也没发展起来，一直都是不上不下的尴尬状态。

最近刚去看了下，新项目附近的榜鹅水道，就是一个水沟，连渠都算不上，不知道以后会发展成怎样。详情回复发表于 6-8-2012 12:27

去看了一下具体位置，目前非常荒凉，周围就一个工地在施工。即使4年后建好估计也不会有太大改善。到时晚上出门都难。等周围都发展起来，我看至少需要10年。不过榜鹅周围学校是真多。好在现在便宜，忍得住10几年生活在建筑工地中就可以买进，有升值潜力。
从新加坡大地图看，还是很偏僻的，就好像兀兰、三巴旺，地理位置不好，在怎样发展人流还是有限。不过人少也有一定好处，幽静呗。
