Can you argue with his company?
Use the reason of extension.  maybe, the comapnay can give you some extension for the payment.

谢谢分享，看来弹性比我想象的还要
大，我的中介竟然要求我extension前就付清，而且前三通电话都没有回旋余
地，第四通他才说他会和公司商量。。
我不求推迟付款，只是搬进去后再付。。。
