请问中介介绍的银行中介靠谱不？

本来以为他会提供很多银行的利率情况供我们选择，结果他什么都没说，直接发DBS的申请表给我，说是：The reason for applying to DBS for now is because this is not yet the actual mortgage loan interest rates that you will be deciding on.
Since most banks go through the same process of credit checks, if one bank can approve of it there is a very high chance that the others will do so too.
This will help to give you a good idea of how much loan the bank can approve.
如果我现在给他，不知道他是不是就直接给我拿DBS的In-Principal Approval letter了。有经验的朋友指点下，谢谢！
