HDB可以装gypsum partition wall吗？

gypsum partition之类的
客厅旁有些空间，想create多1间小房间
HDB准许吗？

绝大多数情况是不会批准的个案可能会批准，打个比方需要照顾大小便失禁不能自理的老人或family member 需要再通风点的地方....
不过说实话又又多少人真的去申请呢？估计申请的也是说没储藏室想盖个当储藏室....

Types of Building Work : Erection of gypsum partition

Need Permit? No

Subject to the following Guidelines/ Conditions

Adequate natural lighting and ventilation must be provided if there is creation of habitable room.

Fire escape route should be direct (for example, from bedroom door to main exit door) and should not pass through another room.

The penetration of power-driven nails or screws, if any, into existing RC structures must not exceed 40 mm.
