JAE要求外国学生必须得有上一年在政府中学取得的成绩才能参加，JAE2013要2012的政府中学成绩，你2012成绩是私人考生成绩不是政府学校取得的肯定不行。JAE2013肯定是和JAE2012不一样的，怎么会蹦出“如果没变”这种悬念来？

问MOE估计你也没问明白。你就跟他把情况说清楚，说你有2011 School Candidate成绩和2012 Private Candidate成绩，而且既不是PR也不是Citizen，问他是不是eligible for JAE 2013不就行了。不要扯到什么Combine不Combine或者提到什么有效期的问题上去，他们头脑太简单了，被你绕晕了。
