Is S$5000 your basic salary? U said you only paid income tax for last year. I m a little confused. If 5000 is your gross salary and your basic pay is lower than the line, it is difficult for you to get EP.

5000 is basic salary

Really? My colleague got P2 in March, his basic salary is less than 5000, diploma, indian, age 45+, but paid income tax for 4 years, average salary is very high, about 10K. that is why I ask.   Just appeal, that's unfair. By the way, your salary increased very fast in last two years, you should stay here.

3年了。 外国的公司。

本来打算长期待下去的。 现在要重新考虑了。

你就算是SP 又如何，工资5000，完全可以长期带下去，如果你愿意，不影响什么。
