p/b=0.7 意思是price与bookings 的比值，值越小，股票越有价值。

Actually many REITs are having P/B<1, e.g. Suntec price 1.3 but net asset/unit 1.987, etc.

是的很多REIT都是这样，也不知道是为啥，希望有高人指点一下。我看了一下对于股票p/b<1说明股票不好。另外有论坛说MIIF管理团队似乎track record不怎么样。

I think those REITs with P/B<1 but consistent to deliver good divident and results will one day recover back to book value. They're under value, like those industrial reits.

Those popular REITs like CapMall, Fct commands higher P/B are just bcs they r well known and strong sponsor.

从起初发帖时买了SuntecReit，期间调整时卖掉了，这几天Europe Debt Crisis 又来了，今天大盘又大跌，趁机在自己认为合理的价格又进了SuntecReit，期待好运。

楼上的，虽然这个股息才７％，不过在office reit中还算高了,当然还有比他高的。
